TMV: "Mengapa?" tanya raja. "Adakah beta telah mengecewakan kamu? Itukah sebabnya kamu hendak pulang?" "Benarkanlah hamba pulang," jawab Hadad kepada raja. Kemudian Hadad pulang ke negerinya. Sebagai raja Edom, Raja Hadad menjadi musuh jahat dan sengit terhadap Israel.


AYT: Namun, Firaun bertanya kepadanya, “Apakah besertaku kamu kekurangan dan lihatlah, kamu berniat pergi ke tanahmu?” Lalu, dia menjawab, “Tidak, tetapi engkau harus mengutusku pergi.”

TB: Lalu bertanyalah Firaun kepadanya: "Tetapi kekurangan apakah engkau padaku ini, maka engkau tiba-tiba berniat pergi ke negerimu?" Jawabnya: "Aku tidak kekurangan apapun, namun demikian, biarkanlah juga aku pergi."

TL: Tetapi kata Firaun kepadanya: Entah apa gerangan engkau kekurangan sertaku di sini, maka niatmu dengan sesungguhnya hendak pulang ke negerimu? Maka sahutnya: Satupun tidak; melainkan biarkan juga beta pergi.

MILT: Dan Firaun bertanya kepadanya, "Tetapi apakah engkau kekurangan bersama-sama aku sehingga engkau tiba-tiba berniat pergi ke negerimu?" Dan dia berkata, "Tidak, tetapi engkau harus mengizinkan aku pergi."

FAYH: "Mengapa engkau ingin kembali ke negerimu?" tanya Firaun. "Bukankah di sini engkau tidak kurang suatu apa pun? Adakah hal yang mengecewakan engkau?" "Tidak ada yang mengecewakan, semuanya baik," jawab Hadad kepada Firaun. "Namun demikian aku ingin pulang kembali ke negeriku."

ENDE: Tetapi sahut Fare'o kepadanja: Kekurangan apa gerangan engkau padaku disini, maka engkau tiba2 men-tjari2 untuk pergi kenegerimu?" Sahutnja: "Bukan! Namun demikian, perkenankanlah hamba pergi".

Shellabear 1912: Maka titah Firaon kepadanya: "Tetapi apa kurang kepadamu sertaku di sini sehingga engkau hendak pulang ke negrimu sendiri." Maka sembahnya: "Satupun tidak, tetapi biarlah juga patik pergi."

NETBible: Pharaoh said to him, “What do you lack here that makes you want to go to your homeland?” Hadad replied, “Nothing, but please give me permission to leave.”
