TMV: Raja Benhadad bertitah kepadanya, "Kota-kota yang dahulu direbut oleh ayahanda beta daripada ayahanda tuanku, akan beta kembalikan kepada tuanku. Tuanku boleh mendirikan pusat perdagangan di Damsyik seperti yang dahulu didirikan oleh ayahanda beta di Samaria." Raja Ahab menjawab, "Dengan syarat-syarat ini beta akan membebaskan raja." Mereka membuat satu persetujuan, lalu Raja Ahab membenarkan Raja Benhadad berangkat.


AYT: Benhadad berkata kepadanya, “Kota-kota yang diambil ayahku dari ayahmu akan kukembalikan, dan engkau dapat membuat jalur perdagangan bagimu di Damsyik seperti yang ayahku buat di Samaria.” Kata Ahab, “Aku akan membiarkanmu pergi atas dasar perjanjian ini.” Lalu, dia mengadakan perjanjian dengannya dan membiarkannya pergi.

TB: Kata Benhadad kepadanya: "Kota-kota yang telah diambil bapaku dari pihak bapamu akan kukembalikan; engkau boleh juga membuat pasar bagimu di Damsyik, seperti yang dibuat bapaku di Samaria." Maka beta (demikianlah sahut Akhab) hendak melepaskan tuan pergi dengan janji ini. Maka berjanjilah keduanya, lalu dilepaskannya ia pergi.

MILT: Kata Benhadad kepadanya, "Kota-kota yang ayahku ambil dari ayahmu, aku akan mengembalikannya. Dan engkau boleh membuat jalan bagimu di Damshik, sebagaimana ayahku lakukan di Samaria. Dan lagi anda boleh mengadakan perusahaan niaga dikota Damsjik, sebagaimana dahulu ajah beta mengadakannja di Sjomron". "Dan beta akan membiarkan anda pergi atas perdjandjian itu" (sahut radja Israil). Lalu ia mengikat perdjandjian dengannja dan membiarkan dia pergi.
