TB: Seandainya Allah ayahku, Allah Abraham dan Yang Disegani oleh Ishak tidak menyertai aku, tentulah engkau sekarang membiarkan aku pergi dengan tangan hampa; tetapi kesengsaraanku dan jerih payahku telah diperhatikan Allah dan Ia telah menjatuhkan putusan tadi malam."


AYT: Akan tetapi, Allah nenek moyangku, Allah Abraham dan yang disembah oleh Ishak, menyertaiku. Jika Allah tidak menyertaiku, kamu tentu sudah menyuruhku pergi tanpa sesuatu. Akan tetapi, Allah melihat kesulitan yang kuhadapi dan pekerjaan yang telah kulakukan, dan tadi malam Allah membuktikan bahwa aku benar.

TL: Jikalau kiranya Allah bapaku, yaitu Allah Ibrahim dan yang kehormatan Ishak itu, tiada menyertai akan daku, niscaya sekarang engkau melepaskan daku pergi dengan hampa juga. Bahwa telah ditilik Allah akan dukacitaku dan akan kelelahan kedua belah tanganku ini, maka Ialah yang telah menegurkan dikau malam tadi.

MILT: Seandainya Allah (Elohim - 0430) ayahku, Allah (Elohim - 0430) Abraham dan Yang Ditakuti oleh Ishak, tidak menyertai aku, tentulah engkau sekarang membiarkan aku pergi dengan tangan kosong. Allah (Elohim - 0430) telah memerhatikan kesengsaraanku dan jerih payah tanganku dan Dia telah menjatuhkan putusan tadi malam."

Tetapi Allah telah memperhatikan kesusahan saya dan pekerjaan yang telah saya lakukan, dan tadi malam Ia telah memberikan keputusan-Nya."

FAYH: Sesungguhnya, kalau bukan karena kemurahan Allah -- yaitu Allah kakekku Abraham, dan Allah yang ditakuti dan dihormati oleh Ishak, ayahku -- pasti engkau akan membiarkan aku pergi dengan tangan kosong. Tetapi Allah sudah melihat kejahatanmu dan juga melihat betapa kerasnya aku bekerja. Itulah sebabnya Ia memperlihatkan diri kepadamu dan menegormu tadi malam."

ENDE: Andaikata Allah bapakku, Allah Ibrahim dan jang djadi ketakutan Ishak tidak besertaku, nistjaja engkau melepaskan daku dengan tangan kosong. Tetapi Allah telah melihat kesesakanku dan susah-pajah tanganku, dan tadi malam Ia telah menetapkan keputusan".

Shellabear 1912: Jikalau kiranya Tuhan bapa hamba yaitu Tuhan Abraham dan yang ditakuti oleh Ishak itu tiada menyertai hamba niscaya sekarang bapaku melepaskan hamba pergi dengan hampa tangan maka telah ditilik Allah akan kesusahan hamba dan akan kelelahan tangan hamba ini maka Ialah yang telah menegurkan bapaku malam tadi."
