TB: Waktu dibawa, perempuan itu menyuruh orang kepada mertuanya mengatakan: "Dari laki-laki yang empunya barang-barang inilah aku mengandung." Juga dikatakannya: "Periksalah, siapa yang empunya cap meterai serta kalung dan tongkat ini?"


AYT: Orang-orang itu pergi kepada Tamar untuk membunuhnya, tetapi ia mengirim pesan kepada mertuanya. Tamar menyampaikan pesan, "Orang yang membuat aku mengandung adalah pemilik barang-barang ini. Periksalah milik siapa itu? Meterai, kalung, dan tongkat siapakah itu?

TL: Sementara dibawa oranglah akan dia, maka disuruh perempuan itu akan orang pergi mendapatkan mentuanya serta mengatakan: Adapun hal aku mengandung ini, yaitu dengan orang yang empunya barang-barang ini. Maka kata pula perempuan itu: Periksalah kiranya siapakah yang empunya cincin meterai dan cindai dan tongkat ini?

MILT: Ketika dia dibawa ke luar, ia mengirimkan pesan kepada ayah suaminya dengan mengatakan, "Oleh pria yang memiliki barang-barang inilah aku telah mengandung," dan dia berkata, "Aku mohon, kenalilah, milik siapakah cincin meterai dan gelang serta tongkat ini?"

Shellabear 2010: Sementara ia dibawa keluar, ia menyuruh orang menyampaikan pesan kepada ayah mertuanya, “Oleh laki-laki yang mempunyai barang-barang inilah aku mengandung.” Pesannya pula, “Periksalah, siapakah pemilik cincin meterai, kalung, dan tongkat ini.”

KS (Revisi Shellabear 2011): Sementara ia dibawa keluar, ia menyuruh orang menyampaikan pesan kepada ayah mertuanya, "Oleh laki-laki yang mempunyai barang-barang inilah aku mengandung." Pesannya pula, "Periksalah, siapakah pemilik cincin meterai, kalung, dan tongkat ini."

KSKK: Waktu mereka sedang membawanya keluar, Tamar menyuruh menyampaikan berita kepada mertuanya: "Aku telah mengandung dari laki-laki yang empunya barang-barang ini. Periksalah, milik siapa meterai, kalungan dan tongkat ini!"

VMD: Mereka itu pergi kepada Tamar untuk membunuhnya, tetapi ia mengirim pesan kepada mertuanya. Tamar mengatakan, “Orang yang membuat aku mengandung adalah pemilik barang-barang ini. Periksalah milik siapa itu? Meterai dan kalung siapa itu? Tongkat siapa itu?”

BIS: Sementara Tamar dibawa keluar, ia mengirimkan pesan kepada ayah mertuanya, katanya, "Aku telah dihamili oleh orang yang memiliki benda-benda ini. Periksalah siapa pemilik stempel dengan talinya dan tongkat ini."

TMV: Sementara Tamar dibawa keluar, dia mengirimkan pesan kepada bapa mentuanya, "Saya telah dihamilkan oleh pemilik benda-benda ini. Periksalah meterai ini dengan talinya, serta tongkat ini, dan lihatlah siapa pemiliknya."

FAYH: Ketika Tamar dibawa ke luar oleh orang banyak untuk dibunuh, ia menyuruh orang pergi menemui mertuanya dan berkata kepadanya demikian, "Ayah anakku ialah pemilik meterai tanda pengenal dan tongkat ini. Periksalah, milik siapa benda-benda ini."

ENDE: Ketika ia dibawa keluar, ia menjuruh katakan kepada mentuanja: "Dari orang jang djadi pemilik barang-barang itulah, saja mengandung". Ditambahkannja: "Silakan selidiki, milik siapakah tjintjin meterai, kalung dan tongkat ini".

Shellabear 1912: Setelah dibawa orang keluar akan dia maka oleh perempuan itu disuruhnya orang mengatakan kepada mentuanya (mertua): "Bahwa laki-laki yang empunya harta ini oleh dia juga aku mengandung." Maka kata perempuan itu: "Periksalah kiranya siapakah yang empunya cepa (cincin) materai dengan talinya dan tongkat ini."

Leydekker Draft: Tatkala terbawalah 'ija dimuka, maka surohlah 'ija barang 'awrang kapada mintuwakhnja laki-laki 'akan meng`atakan; dengan laki-laki jang punja samowanja 'ini bejta 'ini 'ada bonting: dan katalah 'ija; meng`akawlah kiranja, sijapakah 'ampunja tjintjin materij 'ini, dan tjindij 'ini, dan tongkat 'ini.

NETBible: While they were bringing her out, she sent word to her father-in-law: “I am pregnant by the man to whom these belong.” Then she said, “Identify the one to whom the seal, cord, and staff belong.”

NASB: It was while she was being brought out that she sent to her father-in-law, saying, "I am with child by the man to whom these things belong." And she said, "Please examine and see, whose signet ring and cords and staff are these?"

ERV: The men went to Tamar to kill her, but she sent a message to her father-in-law that said, “The man who made me pregnant is the man who owns these things. Look at them. Whose are they? Whose special seal and string is this? Whose walking stick is this?”
