TB: Kemudian berkatalah Rut: "Memang aku mendapat belas kasihan dari padamu, ya tuanku, sebab tuan telah menghiburkan aku dan telah menenangkan hati hambamu ini, walaupun aku tidak sama seperti salah seorang hamba-hambamu perempuan."


AYT: Lalu, Rut berkata, "Semoga Aku akan terus mendapat belas kasih di matamu, ya Tuanku, sebab engkau telah menghibur aku dan telah berbicara dengan sangat ramah kepada hambamu ini meskipun aku bukan salah seorang dari hamba-hambamu perempuan."

TL: Maka kata Rut: Biarlah sahaya mendapat keridlaan dari pada tuan! bagaimana tuan telah menghiburkan sahaya, bagaimana segala kata tuan telah menyenangkan hati hamba tuan ini, jikalau sahaya tiada sama dengan salah seorang dari pada segala hamba tuan itu sekalipun.

MILT: Dan dia berkata, "Biarlah aku mendapatkan kemurahan hati di matamu, ya tuanku, karena engkau telah menghiburku, dan karena engkau telah berbicara kepada hati hambamu. Sekalipun aku bukanlah salah seorang dari hamba-hamba perempuanmu."

Shellabear 2010: Kata Rut, “Hambamu ini betul-betul mendapat belas kasih di mata Tuanku, sebab Tuan telah menghibur hati hamba dan berbicara dengan ramah kepada hamba, sungguhpun hamba bukanlah salah seorang dari hamba-hamba Tuan yang perempuan.”

VMD: Kemudian Rut mengatakan, “Bolehkah aku terus berkenan kepadamu, ya Tuan? Engkau begitu baik dan rasa kasihan kepadaku. Tuan berbicara begitu lembutnya kepada hamba perempuanmu ini. Bahkan aku tidak cukup baik menjadi seorang dari para pelayan perempuan Tuan.”

BIS: Rut menjawab, "Bapak sungguh baik kepada saya, meskipun saya tidak sama dengan pekerja Bapak. Keramahan Bapak sangat menghibur hati saya."

TMV: Rut berkata, "Tuan sungguh baik hati. Tuan telah menyenangkan hati saya. Tuan telah bercakap lembut kepada saya, walaupun saya tidak setaraf dengan pekerja tuan."

FAYH: "Terima kasih, Tuan," sahut Rut. "Tuan begitu baik kepada hamba walaupun hamba bukan pengerja Tuan!"

ENDE: Sahut Rut: "Mudah2an aku tetap mendapat kerelaan dihadapan tuanku! Sebab tuan telah melipur aku dan sudi berbitjara kepada hati sahaja tuan ini, meskipun aku ini tidak sebaja dengan salah seorang dari sahaja2 tuan".

Shellabear 1912: Maka kata Rut: "Biarlah kiranya saya beroleh karunia dari pada tuanku dari sebab tuan telah menghiburkan hati saya dan sebab tuan telah berkata-kata dengan kemurahan kepada hamba tuan sungguhpun saya ini bukannya sama seperti salah seorang dari pada segala hamba tuan itu."

Leydekker Draft: Maka parampuwan 'itu katalah; bejarlah patek mendapat peng`asijan pada mata-matamu, ja Tuwanku, sedang 'angkaw sudah menghiborkan patek, lagi sedang 'angkaw sudah kata-kata, sambil membudjokh hati hambamu parampuwan: djikalaw sakalipawn patek tijada 'ada penaka sa`awrang deri pada hamba-hambamu parampuwan.

Jawa: Rut banjur matur: “Dhuh bendara, kula saestu tampi sihpiwelas wonten ing ngarsa panjenengan, awit panjenengan sampun karsa paring panglipur dhateng kula, sarta sampun nentremaken manahipun ingkang abdi sanadyan kula punika boten sami kaliyan para abdi panjenengan estri.”

Jawa 1994: Kandhané Rut, "Èstu panjenengan sampun damel saé dhateng kula. Kula bingah déné panjenengan kersa ngandika mekaten, senajan drajat kula menika langkung asor ketimbang kaliyan berah panjenengan."

Sunda: Piunjuk Rut, "Kasaean Juragan katampi pisan. Kasauran Juragan kalintang nyerepna, matak teger kana ati sanubari, padahal dibandingkeun sareng gandek-gandek Juragan oge diri abdi sakalintang laipna."

Madura: Ca’na Errut, "Panjennengngan ce’ saena ka abdina, sanare abdina ta’ padha sareng reng-oreng derrebbanna panjennengngan. Panjennengngan ce’ labana, daddi ate abdina talepor."

Bali: Rut tumuli matur sapuniki: “Saking yuakti titiang polih sih kapiolasan saking pamekele, duaning pamekele sampun nglipur titiang samaliha ngawinang degdeg manah titiange, yadiastu makayuaktinipun titiang nenten pateh ring rencang pamekele.”

Bugis: Nappébali Rut, "Makessing senna Bapa’ lao ri iyya, namuni iyya dé’ upada-pada sibawa pajjamana Bapa’. Abessangenna Bapa’ nasaléwori senna’i atikku."

Makasar: Appialimi Rut angkana, "Teai sipato’ bajitta mae ri nakke Bapa’, manna natena kusangkamma siagang pajama-jamata. Anjo somberetta teai sipato’ nasaleorinna atingku."

Toraja: Ma’kadami tu Rut nakua: Napa’pekitanan tonganmo puangku lako kaleku tu kamaturu-turuanna, belanna mipakatanamo’ sia ma’kada melokomi lako te taummi, moi anna tae’ kupada susi misa’i tu mintu’ taummi.

Karo: Erjabap Rut nina, "Seh kal ulina perbahanenndu e man bangku. Terapul kal aku, janah ukurku pe nggo teneng, aminna gia ergangku labo lit bagi suruh-suruhenndu si deban."

Simalungun: Dob ai nini ma, “Banggal do idop ni uhurmu mangidah ahu, ham tuanku! Iapohi ham do ahu, anjaha basar do ham hu bangku jabolonmu naboru on, age pe seng jabolonmu naboru ahu namin.”

Toba: Dung i ninna si Rut ma: Sai dapotan asi ni roha ma ahu di adopanmu, ale tuanku, ai nunga diapuli ho ahu, jala didok ho hata sipir ni tondi ni naposom boruboru, atik pe so songon sada naposom boruboru ahu nian.
