AYT: Pelayannya itu pulang, dan Daud tampil dari sebelah bukit batu. Dia sujud dengan muka ke tanah dan menyembah tiga kali. Mereka berciuman satu dengan yang lain dan menangis satu dengan yang lain, tetapi Daud paling banyak menangis.


TB: Maka pulanglah budak itu, lalu tampillah Daud dari sebelah bukit batu; ia sujud dengan mukanya ke tanah dan menyembah tiga kali. Mereka bercium-ciuman dan bertangis-tangisan. Akhirnya Daud dapat menahan diri.

TL: Setelah sudah budak itu pergi, bangkitlah Daud dari sebelah selatan, lalu tunduk dengan mukanya sampai ke bumi serta menyembah tiga kali, maka bercium-ciumanlah dan bertangis-tangisanlah keduanya, sehingga hati Daudpun tiada tertahan lagi!
