Jawa: Saka ing poncoting bumi aku padha krungu kekidungan: “Kamulyan kagem Kang Mahaadil!” Nanging aku celathu: “Aku kuru nglayung, kuru nglayung aku. Bilai aku! Sabab para panggarong padha nggarong, malah tanpa leren anggone nggarong!”


AYT: Dari ujung bumi, kami mendengar nyanyian pujian, “Kemuliaan bagi Yang Mahabenar.” Akan tetapi, aku berkata, “Merana aku! Merana aku! Celakalah aku! Sebab, para pengkhianat telah mengkhianati, bahkan semakin berkhianat.”

TB: Dari ujung bumi kami dengar nyanyian pujian: "Hormat bagi Yang Mahaadil!" Tetapi aku berkata: "Kurus merana aku, kurus merana aku. Celakalah aku! Sebab para penggarong menggarong, ya, terus-menerus mereka melakukan penggarongannya!"

TL: Dari ujung bumi sekali kedengaranlah kepada kami bunyi mazmur akan mempermuliakan Yang mahaadil! -- Tetapi sekarang kataku: Bahwa aku menjadi kurus, bahkan, aku menjadi kurus; wai bagiku! karena orang khianat mendurhaka, bahkan, durhaka belaka perbuatan mereka itu yang khianat itu!

MILT: Kami telah mendengar nyanyian-nyanyian dari ujung bumi, kehormatan bagi Yang Mahaadil. Namun aku berkata, "Kesia-siaan bagiku, kesia-siaan bagiku. Celakalah aku! Para pengkhianat mengkhianati, bahkan para pengkhianat mengkhianati dengan khianat.
