Leydekker Draft: Songgohpawn Ninewej 'ada salaku kolam ber`isij 'ajer deri pada harij-harij kadjadijannja, tetapi marika 'itu 'akan berlarij-larijan: berdirilah, berdirilah, 'awrang 'akan bersaruw, hanja barang sa`awrang pawn tijada 'akan menulih kabalakang.


AYT: Niniwe seperti telaga air, yang airnya mengalir ke luar. “Berhenti! Berhenti!” teriak orang-orang, tetapi tidak ada yang berpaling.

TB: Niniwe sendiri seperti kolam air yang airnya mengalir ke luar. "Berhenti! Berhenti!" teriak orang, tetapi tidak ada yang berpaling.
