TB: Yonatan dan Ahimaas menunggu di En-Rogel, dan setiap kali ada seorang budak perempuan yang datang membawa kabar kepada mereka; dan merekapun langsung memberitahu raja Daud, sebab mereka tidak boleh dilihat memasuki kota.


AYT: Yonatan dan Ahimaas menunggu di En-Rogel. Jika ada seorang budak perempuan pergi dan memberi tahu mereka, mereka pergi untuk memberi tahu Raja Daud. Sebab, mereka tidak boleh terlihat memasuki kota.

TL: Maka adapun Yonatan dan Ahimaaz itu tinggal dekat dengan mata air Rogel dan seorang sahaya perempuan pergilah ke sana menyampaikan kabar itu kepadanya, supaya keduanya boleh pergi dari sana lalu mempersembahkan kabar itu kepada baginda raja Daud, karena tiada boleh keduanya itu masuk ke dalam negeri atau menampakkan dirinya di sana.
