TB: Maka diceritakannyalah kepadanya segala isi hatinya, katanya: "Kepalaku tidak pernah kena pisau cukur, sebab sejak dari kandungan ibuku aku ini seorang nazir Allah. Jika kepalaku dicukur, maka kekuatanku akan lenyap dari padaku, dan aku menjadi lemah dan sama seperti orang-orang lain."


AYT: Lalu, diberitahukanlah seluruh isi hatinya, katanya, “Pisau cukur tidak pernah mengenai kepalaku, sebab aku ini seorang nazir bagi Allah sejak dari kandungan ibuku. Jika kepalaku dicukur, kekuatanku akan hilang dariku. Dan, aku menjadi lemah dan menjadi seperti semua orang lain.”

TL: Maka dinyatakanlah kepadanya segala rahasia hatinya, katanya: Belum pernah kepalaku kena pisau cukur, karena aku ini seorang nazir Allah mulai dari pada rahim ibuku; jikalau kiranya kepalaku dicukur, niscaya kesaktianku itu kelak undur dari padaku dan aku menjadi lemah seperti segala orang lain.

MILT: Dan dia menceritakan kepadanya segala isi hatinya, dan berkata kepadanya, "Pisau cukur tidak pernah mengenai kepalaku karena aku ini seorang nazir Allah (Elohim - 0430) sejak dari kandungan ibuku. Jika kepalaku dicukur, maka kekuatanku akan lenyap dariku, dan aku akan menjadi lemah dan menjadi sama seperti orang-orang lain."

Shellabear 2010: Maka ia menyatakan kepadanya segala rahasianya, katanya, “Pisau cukur belum pernah menyentuh kepalaku, karena aku ini seorang nazir Allah sejak dari kandungan ibuku. Jika rambutku dicukur, maka kekuatanku akan hilang. Aku akan menjadi lemah dan menjadi seperti semua orang lain.”

VMD: Akhirnya Simson menceritakan seluruh rahasianya kepadanya. Ia berkata, “Rambutku tidak pernah dipotong. Aku telah diserahkan kepada Allah sejak aku belum lahir. Jika rambutku dicukur, kekuatanku akan hilang dan aku menjadi lemah seperti orang biasa.”

BIS: Akhirnya Simson menceritakan rahasianya. "Rambut saya belum pernah dipotong," kata Simson. "Saya telah diserahkan kepada Allah menjadi miliknya yang khusus. Sejak lahir saya sudah menjadi seorang Nazir. Kalau rambut saya dipotong, kekuatan saya akan hilang; saya akan lemah dan menjadi seperti orang biasa."

TMV: Akhirnya Simson menceritakan rahsianya. Katanya, "Rambutku belum pernah digunting. Sejak dari kandungan aku telah diserahkan kepada Allah untuk menjadi orang Nazir. Jika rambutku dipotong, segala kekuatanku akan hilang. Aku akan menjadi lemah seperti orang biasa."

ENDE: Lalu diberitahukannja segala isi hatinja kepadanja, katanja: "Pisau tjukur belum pernah menjentuh kepalaku, sebab aku ini seorang nazir Jahwe, sedjak dari kandungan ibuku. Djika aku ditjukur, kekuatanku akan mundur daripadaku dan aku akan mendjadi lemah, sama seperti orang lain manapun djuga".

Shellabear 1912: Lalu dikatakannya kepadanya segala yang ada di dalam hatinya serta berkata kepadanya: "Bahwa belum pernah kepalaku kena pisau pencukur karena aku ini seorang nazar bagi Allah dari pada masa aku diperanakkan oleh ibuku jikalau kiranya dicukur kepalaku niscaya hilanglah kekuatanku lalu aku menjadi lemah seperti segala orang lain."

NETBible: Finally he told her his secret. He said to her, “My hair has never been cut, for I have been dedicated to God from the time I was conceived. If my head were shaved, my strength would leave me; I would become weak, and be just like all other men.”
