7So <03651> Moab <04124> wails <03213> over its demise– they <04124> all <03605> wail <03213>! Completely <0389> devastated <05218>, they moan <01897> about what has happened to the raisin cakes <0808> of Kir Hareseth <07025>.
8For <03588> the fields <07709> of Heshbon <02809> are dried up <0535>, as well as the vines <01612> of Sibmah <07643>. The rulers <01167> of the nations <01471> trample <01986> all over <05704> its vines <08291>, which reach <05060> Jazer <03270> and spread <08582> to the desert <04057>; their shoots <07976> spread out <05203> and cross <05674> the sea <03220>.
9So <03651> I weep <01058> along with <05921> Jazer <03270> over the vines <01612> of Sibmah <07643>. I will saturate <07301> you with my tears <01832>, Heshbon <02809> and Elealeh <0500>, for <03588> the conquering invaders shout triumphantly <01959> over <05921> your fruit <07019> and crops <07105>.
