2Every day I shall bless you and praise your name for ever and ever.
3Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; his greatness is beyond all searching out.
4One generation will commend your works to the next and set forth your mighty deeds.
5People will speak of the glorious splendour of your majesty; I shall meditate on your wonderful deeds.
6People will declare your mighty and terrible acts, and I shall tell of your greatness.
7They will recite the story of your abounding goodness and sing with joy of your righteousness.
8The LORD is gracious and compassionate, long-suffering and ever faithful.
9The LORD is good to all; his compassion rests upon all his creatures.
10All your creatures praise you, LORD, and your loyal servants bless you.
11They talk of the glory of your kingdom and tell of your might,
12to make known to mankind your mighty deeds, the glorious majesty of your kingdom.
13Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures throughout all generations.
14In all his promises the LORD keeps faith, he is unchanging in all his works; the LORD supports all who stumble and raises all who are bowed down.
15All raise their eyes to you in hope, and you give them their food when it is due.
16You open your hand and satisfy every living creature with your favour.
17The LORD is righteous in all his ways, faithful in all he does;
18the LORD is near to all who call to him, to all who call to him in sincerity.
19He fulfils the desire of those who fear him; he hears their cry for help and saves them.
20The LORD watches over all who love him, but the wicked he will utterly destroy.
21My tongue will declare the praises of the LORD, and all people will bless his holy name for ever and ever.
