TB: Apabila di negeri ini ada kelaparan, apabila ada penyakit sampar, hama dan penyakit gandum, belalang, atau belalang pelahap, apabila musuh menyesakkan mereka di salah satu kota mereka, apabila ada tulah atau penyakit apapun,
