2That thou shalt take <03947> (8804) of the first <07225> of all the fruit <06529> of the earth <0127>_, which thou shalt bring <0935> (8686) of thy land <0776> that the LORD <03068> thy God <0430> giveth <05414> (8802) thee, and shalt put <07760> (8804) [it] in a basket <02935>_, and shalt go <01980> (8804) unto the place <04725> which the LORD <03068> thy God <0430> shall choose <0977> (8799) to place <07931> (8763) his name <08034> there.
3And thou shalt go <0935> (8804) unto the priest <03548> that shall be in those days <03117>_, and say <0559> (8804) unto him, I profess <05046> (8689) this day <03117> unto the LORD <03068> thy God <0430>_, that I am come <0935> (8804) unto the country <0776> which the LORD <03068> sware <07650> (8738) unto our fathers <01> for to give <05414> (8800) us.
4And the priest <03548> shall take <03947> (8804) the basket <02935> out of thine hand <03027>_, and set it down <03240> (8689) before <06440> the altar <04196> of the LORD <03068> thy God <0430>_.
5And thou shalt speak <06030> (8804) and say <0559> (8804) before <06440> the LORD <03068> thy God <0430>_, A Syrian <0761> ready to perish <06> (8802) [was] my father <01>_, and he went down <03381> (8799) into Egypt <04714>_, and sojourned <01481> (8799) there with <04962> a few <04592>_, and became there a nation <01471>_, great <01419>_, mighty <06099>_, and populous <07227>_:
6And the Egyptians <04713> evil entreated <07489> (8686) us, and afflicted <06031> (8762) us, and laid <05414> (8799) upon us hard <07186> bondage <05656>_:
7And when we cried <06817> (8799) unto the LORD <03068> God <0430> of our fathers <01>_, the LORD <03068> heard <08085> (8799) our voice <06963>_, and looked <07200> (8799) on our affliction <06040>_, and our labour <05999>_, and our oppression <03906>_:
8And the LORD <03068> brought us forth <03318> (8686) out of Egypt <04714> with a mighty <02389> hand <03027>_, and with an outstretched <05186> (8803) arm <02220>_, and with great <01419> terribleness <04172>_, and with signs <0226>_, and with wonders <04159>_:
9And he hath brought <0935> (8686) us into this place <04725>_, and hath given <05414> (8799) us this land <0776>_, [even] a land <0776> that floweth <02100> (8802) with milk <02461> and honey <01706>_.
10And now, behold, I have brought <0935> (8689) the firstfruits <06529> <07225> of the land <0127>_, which thou, O LORD <03068>_, hast given <05414> (8804) me. And thou shalt set <03240> (8689) it before <06440> the LORD <03068> thy God <0430>_, and worship <07812> (8694) before <06440> the LORD <03068> thy God <0430>_:
11And thou shalt rejoice <08055> (8804) in every good <02896> [thing] which the LORD <03068> thy God <0430> hath given <05414> (8804) unto thee, and unto thine house <01004>_, thou, and the Levite <03881>_, and the stranger <01616> that [is] among <07130> you.
12When thou hast made an end <03615> (8762) of tithing <06237> (8687) all the tithes <04643> of thine increase <08393> the third <07992> year <08141>_, [which is] the year <08141> of tithing <04643>_, and hast given <05414> (8804) [it] unto the Levite <03881>_, the stranger <01616>_, the fatherless <03490>_, and the widow <0490>_, that they may eat <0398> (8804) within thy gates <08179>_, and be filled <07646> (8804)_;
13Then thou shalt say <0559> (8804) before <06440> the LORD <03068> thy God <0430>_, I have brought away <01197> (8765) the hallowed things <06944> out of [mine] house <01004>_, and also have given <05414> (8804) them unto the Levite <03881>_, and unto the stranger <01616>_, to the fatherless <03490>_, and to the widow <0490>_, according to all thy commandments <04687> which thou hast commanded <06680> (8765) me: I have not transgressed <05674> (8804) thy commandments <04687>_, neither have I forgotten <07911> (8804) [them]:
14I have not eaten <0398> (8804) thereof in my mourning <0205>_, neither have I taken away <01197> (8765) [ought] thereof for [any] unclean <02931> [use], nor given <05414> (8804) [ought] thereof for the dead <04191> (8801)_: [but] I have hearkened <08085> (8804) to the voice <06963> of the LORD <03068> my God <0430>_, [and] have done <06213> (8804) according to all that thou hast commanded <06680> (8765) me.
15Look down <08259> (8685) from thy holy <06944> habitation <04583>_, from heaven <08064>_, and bless <01288> (8761) thy people <05971> Israel <03478>_, and the land <0127> which thou hast given <05414> (8804) us, as thou swarest <07650> (8738) unto our fathers <01>_, a land <0776> that floweth <02100> (8802) with milk <02461> and honey <01706>_.
16This day <03117> the LORD <03068> thy God <0430> hath commanded <06680> (8764) thee to do <06213> (8800) these statutes <02706> and judgments <04941>_: thou shalt therefore keep <08104> (8804) and do <06213> (8804) them with all thine heart <03824>_, and with all thy soul <05315>_.
17Thou hast avouched <0559> (8689) the LORD <03068> this day <03117> to be thy God <0430>_, and to walk <03212> (8800) in his ways <01870>_, and to keep <08104> (8800) his statutes <02706>_, and his commandments <04687>_, and his judgments <04941>_, and to hearken <08085> (8800) unto his voice <06963>_:
18And the LORD <03068> hath avouched <0559> (8689) thee this day <03117> to be his peculiar <05459> people <05971>_, as he hath promised <01696> (8765) thee, and that [thou] shouldest keep <08104> (8800) all his commandments <04687>_;
19And to make <05414> (8800) thee high <05945> above all nations <01471> which he hath made <06213> (8804)_, in praise <08416>_, and in name <08034>_, and in honour <08597>_; and that thou mayest be an holy <06918> people <05971> unto the LORD <03068> thy God <0430>_, as he hath spoken <01696> (8765)_.
