5"They shall take<3947> the gold<2091> and the blue<8504> and the purple<713> and the scarlet<8144> material and the fine<8336> linen<8336>.

11"As a jeweler<2796><68> engraves<6603> a signet<2368>, you shall engrave<6605> the two<8147> stones<68> according<5921> to the names<8034> of the sons<1121> of Israel<3478>; you shall set<6213><5437> them in filigree<4865> settings of gold<2091>.
12"You shall put<7760> the two<8147> stones<68> on the shoulder<3802> pieces of the ephod<646>, as stones<68> of memorial<2146> for the sons<1121> of Israel<3478>, and Aaron<175> shall bear<5375> their names<8034> before<6440> the LORD<3068> on his two<8147> shoulders<3802> for a memorial<2146>.
13"You shall make<6213> filigree<4865> settings of gold<2091>,
14and two<8147> chains<8333> of pure<2889> gold<2091>; you shall make<6213> them of twisted<4020> cordage<5688> work<4639>, and you shall put<5414> the corded<5688> chains<8333> on the filigree<4865> settings.
15"You shall make<6213> a breastpiece<2833> of judgment<4941>, the work<4639> of a skillful<2803> workman<2803>; like the work<4639> of the ephod<646> you shall make<6213> it: of gold<2091>, of blue<8504> and purple<713> and scarlet<8144> material and fine<8336> twisted<7806> linen<8336> you shall make<6213> it.
16"It shall be square<7251> and folded<3717> double<3717>, a span<2239> in length<753> and a span<2239> in width<7341>.

21"The stones<68> shall be according<5921> to the names<8034> of the sons<1121> of Israel<3478>: twelve<8147><6240>, according<5921> to their names<8034>; they shall be like the engravings<6603> of a seal<2368>, each<376> according<5921> to his name<8034> for the twelve<8147><6240> tribes<7626>.
22"You shall make<6213> on the breastpiece<2833> chains<8333> of twisted<1383> cordage<5688> work<4639> in pure<2889> gold<2091>.
23"You shall make<6213> on the breastpiece<2833> two<8147> rings<2885> of gold<2091>, and shall put<5414> the two<8147> rings<2885> on the two<8147> ends<7098> of the breastpiece<2833>.
24"You shall put<5414> the two<8147> cords<5688> of gold<2091> on the two<8147> rings<2885> at the ends<7098> of the breastpiece<2833>.
25"You shall put<5414> the other two<8147> ends<7098> of the two<8147> cords<5688> on the two<8147> filigree<4865> settings, and put<5414> them on the shoulder<3802> pieces of the ephod<646>, at the front<6440> of it.
26"You shall make<6213> two<8147> rings<2885> of gold<2091> and shall place<7760> them on the two<8147> ends<7098> of the breastpiece<2833>, on the edge<8193> of it, which<834> is toward<413> the inner<1004> side<5676> of the ephod<646>.
27"You shall make<6213> two<8147> rings<2885> of gold<2091> and put<5414> them on the bottom<4295> of the two<8147> shoulder<3802> pieces of the ephod<646>, on the front<6440> of it close<5980> to the place<4225> where<4225> it is joined<4225>, above<4480><4605> the skillfully<2805> woven<2805> band<2805> of the ephod<646>.
28"They shall bind<7405> the breastpiece<2833> by its rings<2885> to the rings<2885> of the ephod<646> with a blue<8504> cord<6616>, so that it will be on the skillfully<2805> woven<2805> band<2805> of the ephod<646>, and that the breastpiece<2833> will not come<2118> loose<2118> from the ephod<646>.
29"Aaron<175> shall carry<5375> the names<8034> of the sons<1121> of Israel<3478> in the breastpiece<2833> of judgment<4941> over<5921> his heart<3820> when he enters<935> the holy<6944> place, for a memorial<2146> before<6440> the LORD<3068> continually<8548>.
30"You shall put<5414> in the breastpiece<2833> of judgment<4941> the Urim<224> and the Thummim<8550>, and they shall be over<5921> Aaron's<175> heart<3820> when he goes<935> in before<6440> the LORD<3068>; and Aaron<175> shall carry<5375> the judgment<4941> of the sons<1121> of Israel<3478> over<5921> his heart<3820> before<6440> the LORD<3068> continually<8548>.
31"You shall make<6213> the robe<4598> of the ephod<646> all<3632> of blue<8504>.
32"There shall be an opening<6310> at its top<7218> in the middle<8432> of it; around<5439> its opening<6310> there shall be a binding<8193> of woven<707> work<4639>, like the opening<6310> of a coat<8473> of mail<8473>, so that it will not be torn<7167>.

34a golden<2091> bell<6472> and a pomegranate<7416>, a golden<2091> bell<6472> and a pomegranate<7416>, all<5439> around<5439> on the hem<7757> of the robe<4598>.
35"It shall be on Aaron<175> when he ministers<8334>; and its tinkling<6963> shall be heard<8085> when he enters<935> and leaves<3318> the holy<6944> place before<6440> the LORD<3068>, so that he will not die<4191>.
36"You shall also make<6213> a plate<6731> of pure<2889> gold<2091> and shall engrave<6605> on it, like the engravings<6603> of a seal<2368>, 'Holy<6944> to the LORD<3068>.'
37"You shall fasten<7760> it on a blue<8504> cord<6616>, and it shall be on the turban<4701>; it shall be at the front<6440> of the turban<4701>.
38"It shall be on Aaron's<175> forehead<4696>, and Aaron<175> shall take<5375> away the iniquity<5771> of the holy<6944> things<6944> which<834> the sons<1121> of Israel<3478> consecrate<6942>, with regard to all<3605> their holy<6944> gifts<4979>; and it shall always<8548> be on his forehead<4696>, that they may be accepted<7522> before<6440> the LORD<3068>.
39"You shall weave<7660> the tunic<3801> of checkered<7660> work<7760> of fine<8336> linen<8336>, and shall make<6213> a turban<4701> of fine<8336> linen<8336>, and you shall make<6213> a sash<73>, the work<4639> of a weaver<7551>.
40"For Aaron's<175> sons<1121> you shall make<6213> tunics<3801>; you shall also make<6213> sashes<73> for them, and you shall make<6213> caps<4021> for them, for glory<3519> and for beauty<8597>.
41"You shall put<3847> them on Aaron<175> your brother<251> and on his sons<1121> with him; and you shall anoint<4886> them and ordain<4390><3027> them and consecrate<6942> them, that they may serve<3547> Me as priests<3547>.
42"You shall make<6213> for them linen<906> breeches<4370> to cover<3680> their bare<6172> flesh<1320>; they shall reach<1961> from the loins<4975> even to the thighs<3409>.
43"They shall be on Aaron<175> and on his sons<1121> when they enter<935> the tent<168> of meeting<4150>, or<176> when they approach<5066> the altar<4196> to minister<8334> in the holy<6944> place, so that they do not incur<5375> guilt<5771> and die<4191>.
