Therefore<3767> I urge<3870> you, brethren<80>, by the mercies<3628> of God<2316>, to present<3936> your bodies<4983> a living<2198> and holy<40> sacrifice<2378>, acceptable<2101> to God<2316>, which is your spiritual<3050> service<2999> of worship<2999>.
And do not be conformed<4964> to this<3778> world<165>, but be transformed<3339> by the renewing<342> of your mind<3563>, so<1519> that you may prove<1381> what<5101> the will<2307> of God<2316> is, that which<18> is good<18> and acceptable<2101> and perfect<5046>.
For through<1223> the grace<5485> given<1325> to me I say<3004> to everyone<3956> among<1722> you not to think<5252> more<5252> highly<5252> of himself than<3844> he ought<1163> to think<5426>; but to think<5426> so<1519> as to have<4993> sound<4993> judgment<4993>, as God<2316> has allotted<3307> to each<1538> a measure<3358> of faith<4102>.
For just<2509> as we have<2192> many<4183> members<3196> in one<1520> body<4983> and all<3956> the members<3196> do not have<2192> the same<846> function<4234>,
so<3779> we, who are many<4183>, are one<1520> body<4983> in Christ<5547>, and individually<2596><1520> members<3196> one<1520> of another<240>.
Since we have<2192> gifts<5486> that differ<1313> according<2596> to the grace<5485> given<1325> to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if<1535> prophecy<4394>, according<2596> to the proportion<356> of his faith<4102>;
if<1535> service<1248>, in his serving<1248>; or<1535> he who teaches<1321>, in his teaching<1319>;
or<1535> he who exhorts<3870>, in his exhortation<3874>; he who gives<3330>, with liberality<572>; he who leads<4291>, with diligence<4710>; he who shows<1653> mercy<1653>, with cheerfulness<2432>.
Let love<26> be without<505> hypocrisy<505>. Abhor<655> what<4190> is evil<4190>; cling<2853> to what<18> is good<18>.
Be devoted<5387> to one<240> another<240> in brotherly<5360> love<5360>; give<4285> preference<4285> to one<240> another<240> in honor<5092>;
not lagging<3636> behind<3636> in diligence<4710>, fervent<2204> in spirit<4151>, serving<1398> the Lord<2962>;
rejoicing<5463> in hope<1680>, persevering<5278> in tribulation<2347>, devoted<4342> to prayer<4335>,
contributing<2841> to the needs<5532> of the saints<40>, practicing<1377> hospitality<5381>.
Bless<2127> those<3588> who persecute<1377> you; bless<2127> and do not curse<2672>.
Rejoice<5463> with those who rejoice<5463>, and weep<2799> with those who weep<2799>.
Be of the same<846> mind<5426> toward<1519> one<240> another<240>; do not be haughty<5308> in mind<5426>, but associate<4879> with the lowly<5011>. Do not be wise<5429> in your own<1438> estimation<1438>.
Never<3367> pay<591> back<591> evil<2556> for evil<2556> to anyone<3367>. Respect<4306> what<2570> is right<2570> in the sight<1799> of all<3956> men<444>.
If<1487> possible<1415>, so far<3588> as it depends<1537> on you, be at peace<1514> with all<3956> men<444>.
Never<3361> take<1556> your own<1438> revenge<1556>, beloved<27>, but leave<1325> room<5117> for the wrath<3709> of God, for it is written<1125>, "VENGEANCE<1557> IS MINE<1699>, I WILL REPAY<467>," says<3004> the Lord<2962>.
"BUT IF<1437> YOUR ENEMY<2190> IS HUNGRY<3983>, FEED<5595> HIM, AND IF<1437> HE IS THIRSTY<1372>, GIVE<4222> HIM A DRINK<4222>; FOR IN SO<3778> DOING<4160> YOU WILL HEAP<4987> BURNING<4442> COALS<440> ON HIS HEAD<2776>."
Do not be overcome<3528> by evil<2556>, but overcome<3528> evil<2556> with good<18>.
