And <2532> the first <4413> voice <5456> I had heard <191> speaking <2980> to me <1700> like <5613> a trumpet <4536> said <3004>: “Come up <305> here <5602> so <2532> that I can show <1166> you <4671> what <3739> must <1163> happen <1096> after <3326> these things <5023>.”
2Immediately <2112> I was <1096> in <1722> the Spirit <4151>, and <2532> a throne <2362> was standing <2749> in <1722> heaven <3772> with someone seated <2521> on <1909> it <2362>!
3And <2532> the one seated <2521> on it was like <3664> jasper <3037> <2393> and <2532> carnelian <4556> in appearance <3706>, and <2532> a rainbow <2463> looking <3706> like <3664> it was made of emerald <4664> encircled <2943> the throne <2362>.
4In a circle around <2943> the throne <2362> were twenty-four <1501> <5064> other thrones <2362>, and <2532> seated <2521> on <1909> those thrones <2362> were twenty-four <1501> <5064> elders <4245>. They were dressed <4016> in white <3022> clothing <2440> and <2532> had golden <5552> crowns <4735> on <1909> their <846> heads <2776>.
5From <1537> the throne <2362> came out <1607> flashes of lightning <796> and roaring <5456> and <2532> crashes of thunder <1027>. Seven <2033> flaming <4442> torches <2985>, which <3739> are <1510> the seven <2033> spirits <4151> of God <2316>, were burning <2545> in front of <1799> the throne <2362>
6and <2532> in front of <1799> the throne <2362> was something like <5613> a sea <2281> of glass <5193>, like <3664> crystal <2930>. In <1722> the middle <3319> of the throne <2362> and <2532> around <2945> the throne <2362> were four <5064> living creatures <2226> full <1073> of eyes <3788> in front <1715> and <2532> in back <3693>.
7The first <4413> living creature <2226> was like <3664> a lion <3023>, the second <1208> creature <2226> like <3664> an ox <3448>, the third <5154> creature <2226> had <2192> a face <4383> like <5613> a man’s <444>, and <2532> the fourth <5067> creature <2226> looked like <3664> an eagle <105> flying <4072>.
8Each <2596> one <1520> of the four <5064> living creatures <2226> had <2192> six <1803> wings <4420> and was full <1073> of eyes <3788> all around <2943> and <2532> inside <2081>. They <2192> never <3756> rest <2192> rest <372> day <2250> or <2532> night <3571>, saying <3004>: “Holy <40> Holy <40> Holy <40> is the Lord <2962> God <2316>, the All-Powerful <3841>, Who was <1510> and <2532> who is <1510>, and <2532> who is still to come <2064>!”
9And <2532> whenever <3752> the living creatures <2226> give <1325> glory <1391>, honor <5092>, and <2532> thanks <2169> to the one who sits <2521> on <1909> the throne <2362>, who lives <2198> forever <1519> <165> and ever <165>,
10the twenty-four <1501> <5064> elders <4245> throw <4098> themselves to the ground <4098> before <1799> the one who sits <2521> on <1909> the throne <2362> and <2532> worship <4352> the one who lives <2198> forever <1519> <165> and ever <165>, and <2532> they offer <906> their <846> crowns <4735> before <1799> his throne <2362>, saying <3004>:
11“You are <1510> worthy <514>, our <2257> Lord <2962> and <2532> God <2316>, to receive <2983> glory <1391> and <2532> honor <5092> and <2532> power <1411>, since <3754> you <4771> created <2936> all things <3956>, and <2532> because of <1223> your <4675> will <2307> they existed <1510> and <2532> were created <2936>!”
